Hi! I’m Maki

Technically it’s Piotr but let’s face it - Maki is easier to pronounce 😄

I lead teams, research, design and improve user experiences.

Currently Head of Product Design in Caplena. Former Director of Design @PitcherAG and Design Lead in CipherHealth.

I focus on creating and maintaining products that work in modern world with remote teams around the world.

I enjoy delivering beautiful and simple interfaces that solve problems and user challenges. I hold workshops on design thinking, I facilitate design sprints and educate on UX research.
My passion lies in collaborating with diverse teams to deliver solutions that keep the user in the center.
